The ISHIGAKI Lasta Filter Press is a robust, proven, plate and frame pressure filter which is truly fully automatic. The Lasta filter press is manufactured in two main configurations : Lasta MC and Lasta ISD
The Lasta MC is designed for simple, efficient and reliable operation for applications where fully automated operation is required. The filter plates are connected by a chain and are opened simultaneously. The simple design leads to reduced maintenance time and costs.
Applications include:
- Mineral concentrate dewatering.
- Tailings dewatering.
- Leaching processing.
The Lasta ISD is designed for efficient and reliable operation for applications where a positive discharge of the filter cake is required. The Lasta ISD filter press is also fully automatic.
Applications include:
- Water sludge dewatering including alum sludges.
- Waste water sludge dewatering where very high dry solids and minimal or no coagulant or flocculant use is required.
- A wide range of industrial applications where thin, sticky cakes require positive discharge.
